Cancellations & Refunds: 60+ days: Full refund minus $50 fee. 30–59 days: 50% refund minus $50 fee. <30 days: No refunds. No-shows are not eligible for refunds
Transfers: Youmay transfer to the same or another training of equal value. Valid for one training within 12 months.
Substitutions: You may send another eligible participant at no cost (7+ days notice required).
Date Changes: If we reschedule and you can’t attend, you may receive the recording (if available) or transfer to a future training
No Retroactive Exceptions: No refunds, credits, or transfers after the training begins.
