Meet the CRM® Team
FOUNDER & CREATOR OF CRM®Meet Lisa Schwarz, M.Ed.
Lisa Schwarz, M.Ed., is a licensed psychologist, clinical consultant, international educator, and the developer of the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM)®. She also serves as Founder and Executive Director of the CRM® Foundation and is the primary author of The Comprehensive Resource Model®: Effective Therapeutic Techniques for the Healing of Complex Trauma. Since 2009, she has presented at numerous international professional conferences.
For the past 40 years, Lisa has pioneered innovative treatment methods for working with severe dissociative disorders, attachment disorders, in‑utero and ancestral trauma. She is also the originator of the Sports Dissociation Model (2008) for sports performance and has developed specialized approaches for Military PTSD. Her work bridges neuroscience, spirituality, and consciousness through a blend of traditional psychotherapy, somatic therapy, and indigenous healing practices.
Since 2014, CRM® has expanded globally and is now offered in 14 countries. Lisa maintains a private practice in Pittsburgh, PA, and West Middletown, PA, with opportunities for equine‑assisted participation.
40 Years of Expertise in the Field of Healing
Lisa is a certified practitioner of Colin Ross’s Trauma Model and Robert Schrei’s Source Point therapy. She is trained in Usui Reiki, transpersonal psychology, and has studied the breathwork and somatic concepts of Richard Brown, MD, Jeremy Youst, and Barbara Barnett. Lisa is also a certified TRH® Practitioner through The Reflective Horse® (TRH) Mastery Program developed by Cassandra Ogier.
Lisa is dedicated to ongoing learning, education, creation and both professional and personal development. She is currently enrolled in an international equine training program, the TRT Method, created by Tristan Tucker. She is also developing a freedom-based partnership/training protocol specifically for Off-Track-Thoroughbred rescues with Billie Lindquist of Arrowhead Equestrian and Shawnee Dougherty of Manchester Farms. Lisa's work is rooted in connection: to self, to nature, and to the deeper intelligence that moves through all life.

Talia Parker, MA, LMHCA is a therapist, coach, consultant, and international educator in the Comprehensive Resource Model®. She serves adult clients locally and globally who are ready to do the deep alchemical work of healing trauma. Talia maintains a private practice in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range, east of Seattle, WA.
Talia is professionally trained in working with severe dissociation, attachment disorders, gestational and ancestral trauma. She is a student, mentee and humbled legacy of Lisa Schwarz, M.Ed., the Creator and Developer of CRM®.
Talia’s path weaves together CRM® with plant shamanism, ancient earth wisdom, and the cycles of the stars and seasons. Her offerings are intended to support people harmoniously re-connect with their Self, their lineages, the planet, and all Creation. Her work is grounded in nature and guided by Spirit.
Her healing archetype: The Lightning Bolt, shinning a light on the Truth and guiding people through the shadowy realms to re-claim their sovereignty.
Therapist, Coach & Lifelong Learner
Talia is a certified CRM® Healer, Trainer, and Consultant and psychedelic practitioner. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, with a concentration in transpersonal psychology, and has completed various trainings in somatic-based trauma therapies. She is currently pursuing certification in equine-assisted therapy and has completed Natural Lifemanship’s Fundamentals Training.
Deeply committed to lifelong learning, education, and creative inquiry, Talia continues to expand her clinical and spiritual foundations. She is currently training to become an Akashic Record Reader and holds a profound reverence for the natural world and plant wisdom. She is actively seeking training in herbalism, with the intention of thoughtfully integrating plant-based healing into her work with CRM® and psychedelic modalities.
Outside of the office, Talia can be found surfing the PNW, tending to her garden, communing with nature, reading fantasy books featuring strong female protagonists, creating art and herbal potions, and cherishing time with her husband.

Talia Parker has been such a beautiful blessing in my life.
