Clinical Consultation for CRM® & Non-CRM® Practitioners
Co-creating new pathways to working with your most challenging cases
Feeling stuck, confused or adrift with clients?
Through open dialogue and collaboration, Lisa Schwarz, M.Ed, can help you transform your fear, frustration and performance anxiety into feelings of clarity, joy, acceptance and curiosity when working with difficult clinical cases.
Lisa offers a compassionate view for how clinicians’ own unhealed material can create interference in attuning to their clients, and the multi-dimensional aspects of the human experience. With this insight, clinicians can have clarity around what has been unseen in the therapeutic relationship, and what has been blocking them from making effective choices in the clinical course of treatment.
Trusted Clinical Expertise Rooted in 40 Years of Practice
Lisa has been working as a therapist, teacher and healer for four decades, developing a unique perspective that combines solid neuroscience, multi-dimensional consciousness and common sense. She brings passion back into the process of healing by her intimate understanding of the internal landscape and interface between parts of self; the paradoxes inherent in separation from Self; and the knowing that one has the ability to co-create one’s reality regardless of one’s trauma history. Lisa welcomes explorations in to the difficult, shadowy realms of the human experience, and offers a keen eye for conceptualizing unchartered waters in the realms of healing. She is dedicated to empowering therapists by assisting them in re-membering their own abilities, courage and creativity.

Clinical Consultation for CRM® Clinicians
Clinical consultation is a cornerstone of ethical, effective, and sustainable practice within the Comprehensive Resource Model® (CRM®). As a sophisticated, neurobiologically informed model designed to work with complex trauma, dissociation, attachment wounds, and generational trauma, CRM® requires ongoing learning, refinement, and relational support to be practiced with fidelity and depth.
This dedicated consultation offering supports CRM®-trained clinicians in strengthening assessment skills, deepening case conceptualization, and navigating complex clinical presentations with greater clarity and confidence.
Why Ongoing CRM® Consultation Matters
Continuing education within CRM® is not optional, it is essential. Regular consultation supports:
Increased fluency and confidence in CRM® interventions
Nuanced work with dissociation, attachment trauma, and generational material
Alignment with CRM® standards and best practices
Clinicians’ awareness of how their unhealed material influences their work with clients
Consultation provides a space to slow down, think together, and deepen clinical mastery while remaining grounded in the principles that make CRM® uniquely effective.
