Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM®) website (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, trainings, services, and content provided by Comprehensive Resource Model, LLC (“CRM®,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site or register for CRM® trainings.
By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, videos, manuals, and training materials, is the intellectual property of CRM® and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
“Comprehensive Resource Model®” and “CRM®” are registered trademarks and may not be used without prior written consent.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from CRM® materials without explicit written permission.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Site and services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the Site in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
Share, record, or redistribute training materials without authorization.
Impersonate CRM® staff, trainers, or participants.
4. Accounts and Security
Some services (e.g., training registration, video library access) may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately at carol@comprehensiveresourcemodel.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
CRM® reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments for trainings, intensives, webinars, or services are processed by third-party providers (e.g., PayPal).
By submitting payment, you agree to comply with the provider’s terms and conditions.
Refunds are subject to CRM®’s stated refund and cancellation policies, which may vary by program. Please review details provided at the time of registration.
6. User Conduct for Trainings & Online Communities
To foster a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment, all participants in CRM® trainings, online workshops, webinars, forums, and related communities agree to:
Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of others. Do not disclose or share personal or sensitive information discussed during trainings, demo sessions, or online groups.
Recording, photographing, or distributing any portion of trainings or sessions without explicit permission from CRM® is strictly prohibited.
Respectful Behavior
Engage respectfully with faculty, staff, and other participants.
Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or offensive language will not be tolerated.
Professional Use
Training materials are provided for educational purposes only and may not be repurposed, distributed, or presented as your own work.
Unauthorized teaching of CRM® material or misrepresentation of training completion is prohibited.
Technology Use
Participants in online sessions (e.g., Zoom) must use their real names and maintain professional conduct.
CRM® may remove participants from online or in-person sessions for violations of these Terms without refund.
7. No Medical or Clinical Advice
CRM® provides professional education and training in trauma healing for licensed mental health clinicians.
The Site is for educational purposes only and is not intended to provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or call your local emergency number immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
CRM® makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRM® disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRM® and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites.
CRM® is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Changes to Terms
CRM® reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on the Site and updating the “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
