Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to hold both fairness and clear boundaries in how we manage registrations for our trainings. Your registration secures a limited seat in a high-touch, live learning environment. As such, cancellations and changes impact both program planning and accessibility for others.
By registering, you agree to the following terms:
Participant Cancellations (Refund Requests)
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the training start date
Full refund of the training fee, minus a $50 processing feeCancellations made 30–59 days prior to training start date
50% refund of the training fee, minus a $50 processing feeCancellations made less than 30 days prior to training start date
No refunds will be issuedNo-shows
Participants who do not attend and have not submitted written cancellation are not eligible for any refund or credit
Transfers (In Lieu of Cancellation)
Transfers are offered as a one-time courtesy for participants who are unable to attend.
Transfer requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the training start date
Transfers are valid for one (1) future training within 12 months of the original training date
Transfers may not be deferred, extended, or repeatedly rescheduled
After one transfer is used, the registration is considered final and non-transferable
Transfers are subject to availability and CRM LLC approval
Transfer Value Terms:
Transfers may be applied to the same training or another training of equal monetary value
If the new training has a higher registration fee, the participant is responsible for paying the difference
If the new training has a lower registration fee, the difference is not refunded or credited
If a transfer is not used within 12 months, the registration is forfeited
Substitutions
Registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant (who meets prerequisites) at no cost
Written notice must be received at least 7 days prior to the training
CRM LLC reserves the right to approve eligibility
Eligibility & Prerequisites
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all prerequisites prior to registration
Prerequisites are clearly outlined on training pages and website materials
Failure to meet prerequisites does not qualify for a refund
Training Date Changes / Force Majeure
In the event CRM LLC must reschedule a training due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to illness, emergencies, or operational needs):
Participants will be notified as soon as possible
Registration will automatically transfer to the new training dates
If a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled training:
They may receive access to the training recording
Or request a transfer to a future training (in accordance with our 'Transfers' Policy)
Refunds are not guaranteed under these circumstances.
CRM LLC Cancellations
If CRM LLC cancels a training entirely:
Participants may choose:
A full refund of the training fee, or
A transfer to a future CRM™ training (in accordance with our 'Transfers' Policy)
CRM LLC is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other incurred expenses.
No Retroactive Exceptions
All requests for cancellations, transfers, or changes must be made within the timelines outlined above. Requests made after a training has started or concluded will not be eligible for refunds, transfers, or credits, regardless of circumstance.
CRM LLC does not grant retroactive exceptions to this policy, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, financial hardship, or failure to review training details and requirements in advance.
Good Faith & Integrity Clause
We strive to operate from a place of integrity, clear energetic exchange, and mutual respect. These policies are designed to support the sustainability of our trainings while honoring the time, preparation, and care that goes into creating these spaces.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree to engage in this exchange with shared responsibility and respect.

Yes, The Foundations of CRM™ Training (formerly titled CRM® Basic Training) is accredited. 34 CEs are available for an additional $40 and are provided through CE-Classes.com. We do not offer CEs for any other trainings or webinars.
Certificates are awarded online after completion of the workshop. Participants print their own certificate after registering at CE-Classes.com, entering a keycode, and completing an evaluation form.
Licensed Professionals should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval.

CRM™ Trainings are intended exclusively for professionals who are trained, licensed mental health professionals (i.e. counselors, psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, community psychiatric nurses, etc.).
By signing up for the training, you will confirm that this is applicable to you.
If you are currently a student and interested in attending a CRM™ training you will be welcome to join us upon receiving your license to practice–no active students are qualified to attend a CRM™ training.

All CRM™ trainings and webinars require completion of The Foundations of CRM™ Training (formerly titled CRM™ Basic Training), unless otherwise indicated on the registration page.
While not required, it is highly recommended to complete the CRM™ with Generational Healing Training prior to taking the following trainings in order to best apply and integrate the material:
CRM™ with Chronic Disease Processes (i.e., Cancer, Auto-Immune and Inflammatory Diseases)
CRM™ with Core Self

We accept payment for trainings and webinars via PayPal.
For Payment Plans, PayPal offers Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly options. Visit PayPal to learn more about there Buy Now, Pay Later policies.

Attendees must participate in all aspects of the training, including dyad practice time, if applicable.
Participants must be present in the training throughout its entirety to qualify as having completed the course, and receive CEs, if applicable.
Attendees must have their video cameras on to qualify for full participation and presence. Your physical presence on the screen also contributes to the field the class is co-creating.
Participants are required to read and familiarize themselves with all training-related materials prior to the training.
Participants must have a reliable, consistent WiFi signal and technological devices to minimize potential disruptions.

Yes, CRM™ is an advanced system of healing that often necessitates revisiting the material time and time again. To honor your commitment, we offer trainings at half price to repeat attendees.
