    • Participants will be notified as soon as possible

    • Registration will automatically transfer to the new training dates

If a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled training:

    • They may receive access to the training recording

    • Or request a transfer to a future training (in accordance with our 'Transfers' Policy)

Refunds are not guaranteed under these circumstances.

    CRM LLC Cancellations

If CRM LLC cancels a training entirely:

    Participants may choose:

CRM LLC is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other incurred expenses.

    No Retroactive Exceptions

All requests for cancellations, transfers, or changes must be made within the timelines outlined above. Requests made after a training has started or concluded will not be eligible for refunds, transfers, or credits, regardless of circumstance.

CRM LLC does not grant retroactive exceptions to this policy, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, financial hardship, or failure to review training details and requirements in advance.
