Starting CRM™ with a client requires nuance, attunement, and clinical creativity—qualities often missing from traditional psychotherapy frameworks. Standard intakes and rigid assessment structures, which focus on diagnosis rather than the person, can inadvertently trigger or overwhelm clients before the work truly begins.

In this immersive 2.5-day training, you’ll learn how to weave history-taking, psychoeducation, internal resourcing, mapping, and relational attunement into a co-creative process tailored to each client. Slow is fast: moving deliberately in the early phase builds a stable foundation, while rushing—driven by urgency from therapist or client—can create blocks and bypass key processes.

Through case examples and step-by-step guidance, you’ll gain practical skills to launch CRM™ with clarity, creativity, and precision—meeting clients where they are, supporting regulation, and setting the stage for deeper, lasting transformation.

Prerequisites: Level 1 The Foundations of CRM™ Training (formerly titled CRM® Basic Training).
