Adult Self

An Advanced Training in Healing Trauma and Attachment Wounding, Strengthening Internal Cohesion, and Developing Presence and Authenticity, with Elisa Elkin-Cleary, LICSW, NPT-C®

Cultivating an Embodied Adult Self for Stability & Wholeness in Clinical Practice

This 3-day workshop illuminates and explores clinical interventions that support the development of a person’s ‘Adult Self,’ offering a precise and practical definition of a concept frequently referenced in spiritual traditions and psychological theories yet seldom explained in depth. Participants will forge meaningful connections between their therapeutic approaches and the role of integrating “Adult Self” development into clinical work to more effectively identify and address blocks and obstacles, within the clinician and the client, that hinder clients’ progress toward treatment goals.
