An Invitation to Enter the Work

When a collective of clinicians gathers with shared Intention — and returns to the work again and again — something begins to organize beyond the learning itself. A shared Field forms.

Over six months, the same collective will move together through increasingly deeper layers of CRM® — learning, experiencing, witnessing, integrating, healing, and expanding alongside one another. The continuity matters. Each person brings their own history, lineage, resources, shadow, gifts, and knowing into the field, and what is re-membered in one place can create movement in another.

Within CRM®, transformation occurs through the fractal of reality, from the molecular physical human body to galactic patterns of separation. Healing in one or more timelines, dimensions, lineages, and species creates the potential for movement and change in the others. The entire process and transmutation catalyze a ripple effect into the Collective. The model itself is nested; one layer reveals and prepares the next. The Pathway follows that same architecture. As each clinician re-members and deepens their healing, the shared Field re-members and expands with them. The healing does not stop with the person doing the work; rather, it moves through the witness, the therapist, and the families and communities touched by that work.

If your Heart recognizes something here before your mind has words for it, we invite you to follow that calling. Join us in 2027 — and become part of the collective that will carry it forward.

ONE LAYER PREPARES THE NEXT

Why Learn CRM® as a Pathway?

The 2027 CRM® Practitioner Pathway brings the breadth of CRM® together in one intentionally sequenced learning experience.

Each training builds upon the resources, experience, and conceptual understanding developed before it. The intention is not simply to accumulate more interventions, but to progressively develop the clinician’s capacity to understand and work with the whole person through the CRM® framework.

Between live trainings, clinicians have time to:

  • practice what they have learned

  • begin applying it clinically

  • identify questions and challenges

  • engage with streamed trainings and webinars

  • participate in educational consultation

  • integrate the learning before moving into the next layer

Over time, the resources, processes, and conceptualizations taught across the Pathway become increasingly integrated — allowing clinicians to work with CRM® as a comprehensive model rather than as a collection of separate techniques.

Why We Are Offering It This Way

CRM has grown through clinicians around the world who have learned the model, brought it into their work, shared it with others, and helped it reach new communities. This offering is made in gratitude for that contribution, and as a gift to healers and, through them, to the clients, families, and communities they serve — with the intention of making the work more accessible and supporting healing within the larger Collective.
THE 6-MONTH JOURNEY

The 2027 CRM® Practitioner Training Sequence

All live trainings are held virtually from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Eastern Time.

Month 1

Foundations of the Comprehensive Resource Model®

January 19–23, 2027

Foundations introduces the conceptual framework, primary resources, and clinical foundations upon which later CRM® work is built.

Clinicians begin with the foundational relationships of the model: connection with the body through breath and embodiment; relationship with the Earth and natural world through Sacred Place and Earth-based resources; the re-membering of not being alone through attachment and attunement; and access to internal groundedness, strength, energy, and light through CRM Somatic and Light Grids.

The training introduces CRM’s understanding of Root Systems, intolerable affect, survival terror, and the defense responses that develop around them. Clinicians learn to build and work within the layered CRM resource scaffold while beginning to develop CRM conceptualization, distinguishing Root from defense, recognizing patterns of connection and separation, and understanding what the whole client requires for healing to unfold.

Month 2

CRM® for Working With Blocks, Obstacles to Healing and Transforming Shame (Mis-alignment with Self), Power & Victim Stance

February 19–21, 2027

Trauma creates adaptations that once supported survival — and some of those same adaptations can later make embodiment, connection, change, or healing itself feel dangerous. This training teaches clinicians to recognize and work directly with fear of healing, fear of therapy, paradoxes, shame, power and powerlessness, victim stance, attachment dynamics, protective Ego States, dissociation, and other obstacles that interfere with access to deeper healing. Rather than treating these responses as resistance to overcome, clinicians learn to understand what the obstacle protects, when the obstacle itself needs to become the focus of the work, and what Root System made that protection necessary.

Month 3

CRM® With Core Self

March 5–7, 2027

CRM holds that beneath traumatic experience, survival adaptations, attachment wounds, and the identities formed around them exists an essential aspect of Self that was never damaged. This training teaches clinicians how to support clients in accessing, re-membering, and embodying Core Self. Clinicians learn the Core Self process and establishment of a Core Self eye position, creating an embodied internal reference point that can support later work with trauma, attachment, gestational material, lineage, and other Root Systems. The training also deepens the clinician’s capacity to remain present without over-directing, allowing Core Self, Intention, Choice, and the client’s own deeper knowing to participate in the healing process.

Month 4

CRM® for Gestation, Upside Down Attachment and Adoption

April 8–11, 2027

This training extends CRM work into conception, gestation, birth, and the earliest experiences of attachment, separation, existence, belonging, and survival. Clinicians learn to work with material emerging from these preverbal periods while maintaining embodiment and the CRM resource scaffold. The training also introduces Upside Down Attachment — CRM’s conceptualization of disrupted attachment in which a caregiver’s unresolved material interferes with their capacity to experience and provide healthy connection with the child — as well as adoption-related separation, attachment disruption, belonging, and identity. Because these experiences may precede explicit narrative memory, clinicians learn to attend to what is revealed through the body, affect, attachment system, Ego States, imagery, and other aspects of the client’s experience.

Month 5

CRM® for Generational Healing

May 3–7, 2027

Generational Healing expands CRM conceptualization beyond the individual lifetime into maternal, paternal, ancestral, and spiritual lineages, as well as Soul Journey material where this is consistent with the client’s experience and worldview. Clinicians learn to apply CRM resources within generational work and explore attachment wounds, survival adaptations, Choice Points, perpetrator dynamics, and other Root Systems that may extend across lineages. The work also includes connection with benevolent ancestral and lineage-based resources, recognizing that lineages carry not only trauma, but also strength, wisdom, gifts, love, resources, and healing capacities that may have become forgotten or inaccessible.

Month 6

CRM® for Somatic Dissociation, Accidents and Injuries, and Traumatic Brain Injury

June 3–6, 2027

This training teaches CRM’s approach to somatic dissociation and the traumatic experience of accidents, physical injuries, disability, and traumatic brain injury. Clinicians learn to work with the survival terror, sensory experience, physiological responses, beliefs, meaning, and somatic or energetic disruption that may remain connected to the moments before, during, and after impact. The work includes slowing the experience down to explore the Moment of Impact, subsequent survival terrors, secondary and tertiary impacts, and the broader aftermath of injury. The training expands the clinician’s capacity to recognize how earlier Root Systems, relationships, losses, protective responses, and different areas of the body may become woven into an injury experience, while introducing more complex somatic, energetic, cellular, and multidimensional applications of CRM. This work is intended to complement — not replace — appropriate medical assessment and treatment.

The 2027 CRM® Practitioner Pathway is intended primarily for licensed mental health professionals and comparably trained mental health practitioners in countries where formal licensure is not required.

BEFORE THE PATHWAY BEGINS

Required Reading

Participants are required to read:

The Comprehensive Resource Model: Effective Therapeutic Techniques for the Healing of Complex Trauma by Lisa Schwarz, Frank Corrigan, Alastair Hull, and Rajiv Raju

The book provides important foundational context for the model and supports the learning that will unfold throughout the training sequence.

HEALING AT THE ROOT

The Comprehensive Resource Model®

The Comprehensive Resource Model®, developed by Lisa Schwarz, M.Ed., is a healing process that manifests through the potential interface between cutting-edge neurobiology/neurochemistry and psycho-spiritual ancient healing practices. Its mission is to remove all traumatic sequelae from the mind-body-spirit complex, allowing the person to re-member and embody their essential wholeness and Core Self. Living as a sovereign, peaceful, joyful human being, with the capacity to trust and surrender to the flow and intelligence of the natural order, is the intention and possibility of this work.

Within CRM®, thorough healing is understood to require the capacity to remain fully present and grounded in the body. CRM® employs a robust, layered system of internal resources that create the brain- and body-based safety needed to access, re-member, and re-solve one’s deepest emotional pain and wounding while supporting the client to remain present without overwhelming the system.

Healing trauma through CRM® co-creates macro-level impact with micro-level surgical precision. The capacity for repair is experienced across the current lifespan—from conception to the present moment, backward and forward through biological ancestral lineages, and across multidimensional past lives/the Soul’s journey.

CRM® is used across a wide range of clinical presentations, including:
  • Relationship and behavioral difficulties

  • Somatic dissociation

  • Chronic pain & illness

  • Medically unexplained or trauma-related physical symptoms

  • Accidents & injuries

  • Traumatic brain injury & disability

  • Ritual abuse

  • Military & combat trauma

  • Performance enhancement

  • Complex, comorbid, & treatment-resistant presentations

  • PTSD & complex PTSD

  • Dissociation & dissociative disorders

  • Attachment disruption

  • Developmental trauma

  • Gestational & birth trauma

  • Adoption-related trauma

  • Generational trauma

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Chronic shame & self-condemnation

  • Addictions & eating disorders

THE HEART OF CRM®

Healing as Re-Membering

At the Heart of CRM® is the understanding that trauma creates the perception of separation — from the body, Self, intuition, others, the Earth and natural world, generational and ancestral lineages, internal resources, higher principles and expanded states of consciousness, and the deeper truth of who a person is.

One’s sense of wholeness can become obscured, inaccessible, or forgotten beneath the fears and protective adaptations learned for survival. The symptoms that bring people into therapy may look very different on the surface. Within CRM®, these are understood as meaningful adaptations organized around experiences of terror, threat to survival or integrity of the organism, and the need to protect against emotional and physical pain that once felt intolerable and continues to impact the person in the present.

Healing within CRM® is therefore not only about reducing symptoms or processing traumatic experiences. Trauma processing is one aspect of a larger healing process: clearing what interferes with Presence and Connection, co-creating capacity for clients’ Home-coming to themselves, re-membering who they really are, and increasingly embodying the wholeness that has always been present.

MORE THAN A PROTOCOL

A Heart-Centered Model

CRM® considers ongoing presence IN an open heart to be the guiding North Star of coherence and overall potential for well-being. The invitation to invert the array of sources and experiences of a broken heart into a heart broken open catalyzes a new, secure relationship with self and Life. The imperative for a therapist to work from a healed, open heart is the bedrock of the CRM® paradigm.

The Pathway journey is intended to assist the therapist in living without fear in their own heart, returning to and catalyzing the spaciousness within themselves that is needed for a client to reach the same within theirs. Since CRM®’s inception, Lisa Schwarz has covertly and overtly designed access to the depth and breadth of CRM® primarily for healers’ personal evolution.

The limitations of CRM®’s efficacy with clients lie in the clarity and personal healing trajectory of the therapeutic facilitator. Without the guidance of one who is “healthier” than the general population—meaning conscious of their own unresolved traumas, particularly shadow material, and actively working through them at depth—the client will not experience all that is possible in turning toward a life of connection to Self and all that is grand and magnificent in being alive.

When the heart is open and the healer is healing themselves, the CRM® therapist-warrior qualities—ruthless, cunning, patient, and sweet—promote the best possible outcome for clients.

CRM® has its own sentience, working with the heart of the client to allow for accessibility and application that resonate with the client’s current religious beliefs or spiritual practices.

THE CLINICIAN IS PART OF THE WORK

More Than Learning Techniques

CRM® invites clinicians to look beyond the diagnosis, symptom, and story that initially enter the therapy room—toward the whole person and the complex, camouflaged layers of their protective systems and the fear of genuine, permanent change. CRM® ensures that “trauma work” is not the centerpiece, but rather a process of concurrent juxtaposition with forgotten, dissociated Re-Sources and resources that may have taken a back seat in the evolution of mainstream healing modalities today. CRM® is taught experientially because the transformation itself is experiential, embodied, and relational.

Your own healing matters.

A therapist’s own healing becomes part of their capacity to do this work. Clinicians learn to recognize their own fear, freezing, urgency, rescuing, uncertainty, and attachment to outcome so these responses do not unconsciously direct the client’s healing.

The CRM® clinician is neither a passive observer nor the source of the client’s healing. They hold the Intention and direction of healing while remaining deeply attuned to what unfolds moment-to-moment.

This means learning:
  • when to follow and when to invite

  • when to slow down and when to look deeper

  • when a label or apparent problem may be obscuring or protecting something underneath it

  • when the meaning assigned to an experience needs to be questioned

  • when paradox is keeping the system locked in place

  • when another layer of resourcing is needed so what was once intolerable can finally be approached

Attendance & Continuity

The 2027 CRM® Practitioner Pathway is intentionally sequenced, with each training building upon the learning that comes before it. Attendance at all live trainings is required. Participants are expected to commit to the full training schedule. Individual trainings, full days, or substantial portions of a training cannot be routinely missed, as later material builds on prior learning and the continuity of the six-month collective experience. We recognize that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If this affects attendance, participants must contact the CRM® team as soon as possible. Situations will be reviewed individually and, where appropriate, alternate arrangements may be made to support completion of the required learning. Emergency accommodations are intended for exceptional circumstances only.

Recordings: Recordings are not routinely provided as an alternative to live attendance. Where an exceptional absence is approved, CRM may provide alternate access to missed material together with any follow-up requirements necessary to support completion of the training.
